Blue Capsule with SJ 646 written on it. ## This capsule was called "UTA" and contains the following ingredients: (NDC 45985-646) - Hyoscyamine Sulfate 0.12 mg - Methenamine 120 mg - Methylene Blue 10 mg - Phenyl Salicylate 36 mg - Sodium Phosphate, Monobasic 40.8 mg It was used to treat pain and discomfort associated with urinary tract infections.

I believe the imprint you're looking at is actually NVR D35, which is a capsule with the NVR on the blue half and the D35 on the yellow. This is a 35mg Focalin XR capsule, which contains the active ingredient Dexmethylphenidate, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD. Where did you find it? If so, then we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured/approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. small capsule has emblem and inscribed T101 ## This is an 18mcg Spiriva capsule, it's used to help treat breathing issues that cause bronchospasms. clear capsule with lite blue powder on inside, with a few dark blue spots of powder on inside ## Sorry, if there are no markings on the capsule, then there is no way to positively identify it, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. ## If this is the same pill you are referring to, I saw them in the original container from the pharmacy tonight in a man's hand. They are approximately 1/4" long, 3/16" in width when laid flat on a ruler and are clear with no markings on them at all. The powder inside is baby blue. They are 30mg oxycodone hydrochloride, instant release capsules (generic roxicodone 30mg, same as tablets..some tablets have M on one side & 30 on the other, some have V on them others have A 215) This is just another generic form of the Roxy 30. I have found on three occasions (first two I thought was manufacturer's quality assurance trouble), what appears to be a tan capsule with blue granulars. I didn't see the capsule in tact. The first time, I thought it was the tip of a glove from the manufacturer's plant. I then realized (6 months later... TODAY) that it is indeed a capsule that swelled up from water in my water bottle and contains blue granulars (first time the gransulars evaporated onto the capsule, which I thought was blue ink from the water bottle company). I think someone is slipping something into my water bottles! blue gel capsule P50 ## I found a small oval blue - gel capsule with P50 in white letters written on it. Can anyone tell me what this pill is used for. Thank you for any insight you may have. I recently changed doctors and we were going over previous medications. There was one I was prescribed years ago, I think when they still thought I had ADD. It was a capsule, it was either clear with blue pellets or blue which made it look like the pellets themselves were blue I can't really remember. I can remember hating them because they made me feel like I had the emotional spectrum of a rock though. ## I am not sure, if was for ADHD, then it probably contained some type of Amphetamine salt, like Adderall does, but from this description it is hard to pinpoint exactly what it was. Does anyone else recognize this? How many years ago was it?

That's closest match I'm seeing online, and it reportedly contains 20mgs of time-released mixed Amphetamine salts, manufactured by Actavis. I don't know who told you it was 70mgs of Vyvanse, but if you got them from overseas or off other shady dealers there's no telling what might be in it, and that's just a risk that you should've thought about before buying it. I only found half ~it is blue with a 5. What could this be? ## I located a blue capsule with A05 on it, does that match? If so it's Acyclovir 200 mg, which is primarily used for the treatment of herpes simplex virus infections, as well as in the treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). If this is not the correct pill, please post back with any more information so I can locate the the right pill.

My wife and I are prescribed 60 mg cymbalta 1 time per day. Unfortunately we have an income of 1200.00 per moth and cannot afford to get our scripts filled as it would cost us over 300.00. Our doctor suggested we contact the manufacture Libby, as he has given both of us sample packs and hasnt gotten enough to give us more. What is a blue capsule with imprint Mutual 105? I found these in my sons room. ## This capsule contains Doxycycline 100 mg (NDC 53489-0119). Doxycycline is used to treat bacterial pneumonia, acne, chlamydia infections, Lyme disease, cholera, typhus, and syphilis. Has blue clear band around middle and has markings ALVA and inside are blue and white and yellow beads ## This sounds like it may be Alva's product called Diurex, which is an over the counter product used to remove excess fluid from the body. Diuretic details here. They use that marking on all of their products though, so I am not certain that's what it is. They actually have two different version of their Diurex, one that uses caffeine and one that doesn't, though I can't find specific details on what it does use. Where was it found?

What is a light blue capsule marked 44 391? ## This is an over the counter product, it is manufactured by LNK International and they only make OTC products which are sold by various stores as their generics and store brands.
