I have been on 40mg/per day for 25 days so far, and a big improvement in my skin already. The first two weeks my spots did get worse but i was prepared for that, then suddenly around week 3 my skin stopped producing oil and since then the spots have dried up and started to just disappear. For me, the side effects aren't bad, just make sure I have lip balm on me all the time 'all.
