There are times when my breath smells like poop. And other times it smells like something dead. Could this be coming from my stomach. I do go to the dentist twice a year. ## Bad breath could be because of numerous issues, it could be a medical sign such as diabetes. It could also be as simple as the food you eat (like garlic or onions) it could be how often you brush or floss your teeth. I would schedule an appointment with you Dentist. If you have already done that, then I would set one with your M.D. and ask he or she what your situation might be. ## Try regularly flushing your sinuses with salt water. Also try gargling with hydrogen peroxide 3%. Don't eat any dairy foods or drink tea or coffee or anything with sugar or alcohol in it. I can tell you Oraltech Labs advice worked for...

Smelly-foul breath wont go away irregardless of what I take. Does Lisinopril cause bad breath? I have tried "EVERYTHING"! ## Yes, that can be a side effect of most medications, according to the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Have you discussed the issue with your doctor? You might be better served to try a different medication.

I take 200 mg Lyrica twice a day for pain associated with Neurofibromatosis. Seems to help but my wife won't come near me. Says my breath is stinky. Not what a husband wants to hear. Have tried all types of oral solutions so problem doesn't seem to be in the mouth. Wonder if Lyrica is to blame since bad breath is a side effect. I'm considering going back to Gabapentin and putting up with the increased pain. Anybody have a similar problem or solution. ## I haven't heard of this before, but I can't say that I am surprised. Drugs can affect everyone differently. Rather than going back to a drug that makes you deal with more pain, you might want to talk to your doctor first, they may be able to help you find a different solution. ## Thanks for the quick reply. I will do ...

Can betamox 500g heal tonsils and bad breath? The doctor prescribed me betamox 500g for this. ## This is an antibiotic and it can be used to treat a possible tonsil infection, which can also cause bad breath. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. Have you started taking it, yet? Are you on any other medications?

Hello, I am on week 4 of Contrave and have lost 11lbs. Ever since starting this medication my husband says my breath is bad. I drink a lot of water and have mints but this is like coming up from my stomach. Other than that I haven't had bad side effects. I do sweat more at the gym where as before I didn't. But anyone else experience this or have a solution? I'm very diligent about oral hygiene. ## Hello, Ginaye! How are you? I'm not seeing that listed among the side effects, but it can cause some gas and dry mouth, which may be contributing to the problem. Especially, since you said it seems to be coming up from your stomach. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and anorexia. Has anyone else on Contrave experienced this? ## I am currently on week 5 ...

I am a freak of dental hygiene (brushed 2 to 3 time a day, flossed 2 times and water picked 5 to 8 times a week), but yet my wife who will not tell me I have bad breath would ask me often when we are closer if i just passed gases which made me think that she is smelling something. Just 2 months ago, I ordered a tongue scraper at walmart and the problem was reduced a little bit until after researching the internet (taking probiotics, eat raw yogurt, tried zillions of mouthwash products...) I came across and I started taking Chlorofresh Pills (2 at night before going to bed and booom issue is solved ..will not even have morning breath...my mouth is clean and my sweet and non offensive breath can last days even if i don't brush. In the past, a few minutes after I brushed , I will have the

Hi, I miscarried 9 months ago when I was in my 3rd trimester. Now I have stomach cramps and my tummy is always moving as if I'm carrying a child inside and i feel like I'm exhaling rotten smelling breath at times, but I have done several home pregnancy tests and my results are negative. Could this mean something? ## Hello, Rachel! How are you? What you've described are normal symptoms of gas, as described by the NIH. It's usually harmless, just annoying. Once you've been pregnant, it seems that you become a lot more sensitive to any movement in your abdominal area than you used to be. What types of foods do you eat? Do you drink a lot of carbonated beverages? Gas is usually caused by excess stomach acid from something you eat or drink.

Can compresse telmisarten 80mg cause bad breath ## Can compresse telmisartan cause bad breath ## When it comes to halitosis, it's hard to say what may cause it, because it can occur due to various metabolic changes in the body, from substances that you eat, or drink, as well as there being a chance that it could be a combination of both. Learn more Telmisartan details here. That said, do you brush your teeth and floss regularly? Or, if you're a denture wearer, do you clean them and your mouth on a regular basis? As to the Telmisartan, how do you usually take it? Are you making sure to swallow it fast, with a full 8 ounce glass of water, or other liquid? Do you drink a lot of coffee, or soda?

Over 15yrs.ago, I was taken off Theodur and introduce to Azmacort. And oow what a relief it is. I was able to do more than walk. I was able to jog from 3 to 5miles a day without the exercise induced asthma. The cold air in the winter no longer collaped my lunges when going out to jog. Now its all down hill. Gone is the jogging and I use to participate in the Senior Olympics. Someone goofed. Bad decision. I tried all other medications to no avail. O-zone, I know this was not a Scientist decision!!! ## The manufacturer is actually the one that discontinued it, this was not a decision made by the FDA or general medical community, either. Learn more Azmacort details here. What others have you tried? Have you talked to your pharmacist for suggestions?

My bp on losartan is average around 130/80 100 pulse. I am 61 yrs of age. I did try to lower the dose for a week by taking 50mg but my bp started to creep up again so i returned to the 100mg dose. I have been taking naproxen for heel pain but whilst on it i got a really bad dose of head cold and also took a cold and flue capsule. I experienced a tight chest( probably the cold ) and became a little breathless with exertion, so I stopped taking both. Doctor said I had a chest infection and gave me antibiotics. After my cold cleared up and i finished the course of anti biotics i started to use the naproxen again and once again noticed breathlessness. I have now stopped taking them as it is mentioned to be one of the side effects, I wonder how long does this drug remain in your system, as after 30hrs without them i still feel a little breathless. ## Hello, Jackie! How are you doing? No, it shouldn't still be causing it that long after taking it. Have you ever had high blood press...

I'm prescribed Amoxicillin 875mg two times daily x 10 days. I've been on it for a week, but now waking up with a horrendous foul body odor and very bad breath. Initially I thought the odor was external but it's NOT. It was me. Please help. ## It is possible to experience such side effects with almost all medications, since they do have an effect on your body chemistry. However, they should go away, about a week or so, after finishing your course of treatment, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash. Has there been any change? How are you feeling, now? ## I was relieved to find this post. I had my first of 2 Injectafer infusions today. It’s only been about 12 hrs and so far the only problem I have is shortness of breath. Has anyone else experienced this? I also have bad anxiety, which can also cause shortness of breath. Don’t know if I should ride this out or go to the ER. My anti-anxiety drug (Loraxepam) doesn’t seem to be helping. Would appreciate any input. Thank you ## The typical side effects of Injectafer are listed a possibly including nausea, hypertension, flushing, and dizziness. However, it would be best to consult your doctor to be sure of what's going on, as a safety measure. Currently I use a lidocaine patch manufactured by Pfizer called Flector. On bad days I will wear 3 to 4 at a time. My doctor mentioned this could possibly be detected by a breathalyzer. Is this true? ## Hello Robbie, I have searched high and low and I cannot find anything at all that would suggest this. I really do hate to disagree with medical professionals as I am not one myself but I just can't seem to find any sources credible or not that claim lidocaine would cause you to fail a breathalyzer. Now I will admit that I have read some claims that if you are taking enough of the Lidocaine patches you could theoretically fail a drug analysis but there has been no credible source or case studies that support this. In the event that such a problem happened you would simply need to expl...

I switched from Warfarin to Xarelto two months ago as I was suffering severe hair loss. All was well until very recently as I have experienced moderate breathlessness. I have atrial fibrillation, LBBB, mild left ventricular impairment and thyroid problems. I have never suffered breathlessness previously and would be interested to find out if anyone else has experienced this whilst taking Xarelto. ## Yes. I have experienced breathlessness in the 6 months since I began xarelto and it has changed my life for the worse. I have mitral valve regurgitation and paroximal atrial fibrillation. Since beginning I have also experienced increased sweating with itching pimples and dizziness. Additionally I had a bad fall and broke a bone in both hands and tore the miniscus in my knee. So if anyone reading this could give me some insight I really need it! So it's like this, I've obviously had some addictions in the past (for about 3 to 4 years) and up until about 6 months ago I got on suboxone (though I've been on it periodically before) and have been pretty faithful to the program...for the most part. It's definitely been helping but a couple months ago i'd notice that sometimes if I took it later in the day when I go to bed i'd get a whole body numbing sensation really bad especially around my chest area and it would cause really bad anxiety. This would happen a couple times a month; even if I just drank too much it would start happening. I tried talking to my doctor and he doesn't think it's suboxone related but now the bad episodes ...

I had paralysis of left vocal cord after having a thyroidectomy. I had hoarseness and shortness of breath, which is common with the paralysis. I have since had vocal cord medialization with injection. I still have hoarseness and the shortness of breath is now worse than ever. ENT kind of brushed it aside and told me I should see a Pulmonologist to make sure Asthma is under control. For the last week shortness of breath has been REALLY bad. Saw Pulmonologist today ALL clear with my lungs. I am scheduled for a Pulmonary Function Test, so I can take results to ENT to show him at my next visit. Anyone who can relate? I am SO frustrated!
