Arm-A-Med Isoetharine

Isoetharine is a selective short-acting[1] β2 adrenoreceptor agonist. It can be called the "granddaughter of adrenalin" in the line of β2 agonists that gave quick relief for bronchospasm and asthma.[2] Epinephrine (adrenalin) was the first of these, and next came isoprenaline (isoproterenol). Isoetharine was the third drug in this line, thus the third generation or granddaughter of the original. In the western United States, it was the drug of choice ...

For underactive thyroid conditon ## I am trying to find a listing of the inert ingredients in Armour thyroid medicine ## Why is it so important to find the ingredients in a medication that has helped millions of people for many years? Are you a doctor or just a person I'm dumping on. ## Is ArmourThyroid meds is it better than Levothyroxine ??? ## Sunshine, there is really no way to say, since we are all different, it is really a matter of trial and error to discover what medication works for you, without causing unwanted side effects that make you miserable. Quite a few years ago, when I was in the army, I came down with a very bad case of the flu. I went to the med bay and they gave me a packet of meds with 6 doses and told me to take one every 4 hours. 24 hours later I was finished with the pack and whatever kind of meds I had taken had burned the flu right out of my system. At first I thought it was a Z Pack but I have since learned that Z Packs don't work on cold or flu. Can anybody tell me or give me an idea as to what kind of medicine I was given? ## Hello, Gabriel! How are you? It was likely an antiviral, since the flu is caused by a virus, so some of them used to be prescribed to help knock it out of someone's system. However, taking them too frequently for too long, such as some med students would do, could result in overdo...

I started taking Januvia together with metformin. After a few days i started getting a burning sensation in my arms. After taking januvia for about 20 days I went back to my doctor and she removed the januvia but I still get a burning sensation. Is the januvia still in my system and how long before it goes out? ## Hello, Meg! How are you doing? Do you still have the burning sensation? What are your normal blood sugar levels? The burning sensation could be due to nerve damage, from the diabetes, rather than a medication side effect. ## I'm from Sri Lanka and I want to use "m 21 Diabetes medicine". How can I get it? How much does it cost? Do any pharmacies carry it in Sri Lanka?

Ive taken them before like 6 months ago and ive never experienced this before.... ## No, that is not normal. does vivan used for ADHD have side effects such as sleepiness, swollen legs and feet, hot flashes, lack of a monthly menestration, and hands and arms that ache a lot? ## DId you mean Vyvanse, which contains the active ingredient Lisdexamfetamine? If so, you should contact your doctor as soon as possible, the aches and swelling could be signs of serious reactions to this medication, which may require proper medical treatment.

Trying to find out if im taking levothyroxine -is it not a good thing to eat spinash and soy? does anybody know the answer to my question. ## I am a BSN student and just did a research paper on hypothyroidism. Dont eat soy or take vit. supplements with synthroid, wait 4 hours after taking med. both of these alter the absorption of your med. ## from what i hear lev. has soy i take it no weigt loss moody very ashy skin depress puffy joint pain and feet too soreness in back loss of memory trying to find armour no one knows where to get it? ## Soy products are bad for your medication. They don't let the levothyroxin absorb as much as it can. Try to avoid soy products or wait a few hours before having soy after you take you meds.

This is a dangerous drug!! If you take heart meds and prescribed this medication, RUN!! I gained 15 lbs in 3 months. I was retaining water. I was swollen from my toes up to my upper thighs. My feet and toes were so swollen that I could not bend my toes downward. My feet were so sore that it was a struggle to walk! My stomach was bloated as this med stops acid from forming in your stomach that can cause GERD etc. What happens is food sits in your stomach and eventually rots and expelled. I felt so hungry and noticed my nails and hair pretty much stopped growing as the food doesn't get digested and sent throughout the body. My entire body was sore as if I suffered from fibro. My fingers, hands, arms and face were swollen. This was not an allergy. I needed home care as I could barely w...

I was taking 120mg once a day of the Armour thyroid, then I had to get a mail order RX so when it came in the mail today the bottle said 2GR.. I thought 2gr was equevilent to like 2000mg??? So I was just wondering before I took my meds if the GR-mg were correct? Thanks for your help. J ## Yes, your understanding of the conversion is correct. However, the best way to get a definitive answer would be to have more information on the tablets, so I can look them up for you. Are there any markings on them? Is there a manufacturer listed? Hi my story is on the same wave length as far as Pain Meds go. I was so disgusted when it was time to get my Meds that l would literally think about dealing with the pain and weening myself off of all my Meds. I went through all sorts of scenarios, but the best part was after getting my Meds from the same pharmacy after 4-5 times, they would still look at me like l just tore off their arm and stuck it in my mouth or l had 3 heads. Well what l decided to do WAS STOP taking all tangible drugs! (anything l could hold in my hand) l approached my rehab doc and discussed what my options were. What l changed over to was a Medtronic Pain pump. The process was very simple, went into the hospital, had it implanted into my right side, above my hip. The Meds that are in my pump are morphine and ano...

I began the starter pack with 10mg for 2 weeks and then moved up to 20mg for 2 weeks. I experienced the WORST ever side affects from an anxiety drug. I have taken many, and this was unbearable. It caused extreme muscle fatigue to the point that it was difficult to move my arms or legs, and increased my appetite, due to the stomach side affects. Food eased the stomach cramps. The worst side affect was my blood pressure was scary high and my heart beat became irregular and fast. After mentioning these things, I was switched over to Effexor - SOOOO MUCH BETTER!! ## I have been on this for about 2 months and have AWFUL muscle pain in my legs, arms and back. Hi my name Sonia I have been taking g ibilex for a few days on it 4 times a day I have been feeling tried over a few days and have a lot of gas from my stomach I'm on it for a burn on my arm ## Hello, Sonia! How are you? The FDA lists this medication as containing the antibiotic Cephalexin, so those can be normal side effects of it. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea, but these effects should go away a week or so, after you complete your course of treatment. Is there anything else I can help with?

Very frequently I feel severe numbness in my left arm - a sensational feeling of pricking in the arm. It is now almost three months that I have been feeling this problem. The numbness arises any time without any specific cause, effort or posture. I am 68 yrs of age and have never had any apparent cardiac problem. ## I'm sorry, we aren't medical professionals and no one could possibly diagnose your issue over the internet. Are you on any types of medications? Have you talked to a doctor about this? There are various medical conditions that can cause this and I'm afraid only a doctor could really get to the root of the problem.

I have been on the 2 pills in morning and evening for a week and a half. All of a sudden I started getting so dizzy I couldn't stand and my right arm shakes like crazy once in a while. Is this normal? I have had to miss a couple days of work because I was so dizzy. I stopped taking it a few days ago but I still have the same problems. How long till it stops? ## It may take several days for your symptoms to subside, but you should consult your doctor to be sure whether they have been caused by the medication, or if something else is going on. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Contrave as possibly including nausea, headache, appetite loss, and nervousness. Ref: Contrave Information How are you doing, now?
