How many times a day can i take ip272 i just started it today im in bad pain trying to get rid of it its an infection in my mouth ## You should take it as instructed by your doctor. I understand you are in pain, but all antibiotics can take a few days to begin beating the infection. The general rule is that if it is working, you should not see any worsening after taking it for a full 24 hours, and you should start to see improvement after taking it for a full 72 hours. If not, then you should return to your doctor. Taking more than prescribed will not change this.
