I found four small square pills with A on one side nothing on the other side. They are NOT Altoids. I tasted them and they taste horrible just like a medication would although I do not think these are legal meds. I think it is a street drug. I found them in my son's room in a little bag. Does anyone have any information on this. ## Does your pill look like the one found on google images when searching "square white pill A"? It has a capital A indented into the pill. Kind of looks like the A you would see in a kid's story book. Of course Altoids is the only reference coming up, but I wonder if perhaps they are just old, which is why they taste so bad? So I don't know if Altoid makes round pills, but it might be worth looking into as a last resort... Is there any indication or faint sign of another imprint besides the A? My findings suggest that the V is actually an A, and that this square blue pill is identified as a Wintergreen Sugar-Free Altoids Mint. I noticed someone else looking for a similar pill but it had an "A" and they confirmed that it was indeed a mint. Yes, Trebor is a brand of mint, they make several different ones in various sizes, shapes and colors, but all have the Trebor logo on them. They are similar to Altoids in being noted as being 'extra strong' mints. I've never tried these ones, so I don't know how strong they really are, though. Is there anything else I can help with?

Need to identify an oval pill with 4 raised line on top. It has a minty smell. The color is off-white or very light gray. ## Hello Marie, Since what you have does not have an imprint it definitely isn't a FDA regulated medication. Since you said it smells like minty I started looking up brand named breath mints. I found one that matches your description and I was wondering if you would mind doing a google image search of Altoids arctic mints? They are breathmints that are white and have 4 raised lines on them. Let me know if this solves your question. If not let me know and I'll try searching again.

Has anyone had one of these, bc think got ripped off bc were told other ppl loved it. I said no way should ex taste like a breath mint. So got ripped off or just did not work!!!! Had ex bf n tasted like crap when chewed, nearly threw up but not this time. Was called ice with letter A on from square shape. Plz so we know we'll i know def not ex!!!
