I'm allergic to penicillin but was given keflex. is this safe or suicide? ## Hello, Big Taz! How are you? Keflex contains the active ingredient Cephalexin, so it is different than Penicillin. Need to identify imprint "ETX" "AE" small white tablet...possibly from Korea? ## Hi John, I haven't been able to find any pills from the U.S. with that imprint, the closest match I've found is a white oblong pill with ETHEX on one side and on the other side- 444 on the right of score. I have identified it as Phenavent D; which contains Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine. That combination is used as an expectorant and decongestant. It is definitely possible that your pill comes from foreign source. What makes you think it came from Korea?
