I have CHRONIC back pain(was hit be a truck 8 yrs ago. Are their any of old OC's being distributed, that's long acting OC's. I was taking 80 mg of OC for 8 years they were great. Three months ago was put on the OD's 80mg they sucked. Now I tried 2 x 60 mg of long acting morphine, they gives me a drugged out feeling, can't stand them either. Based on my research I don't see Roxicodone having any relation to this pill whatsoever. And there certainly are not any single colour Oxy capsules of any strength made anywhere. Do the new blue A 51 roxicodone pills contain naloxone in them? ## @will, Round blue "A 51" tabs by Amneal Pharmaceuticals are actually a generic form of Oxycodone hydrochloride 30 mg, NOT brand name Roxicodone. However to answer your question, they DO NOT contain Naloxone (the only active ingredient in these is Oxycodone). I think you must've mistaken these for Suboxone? What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg.. But it doesn't specify immediate release. ## There is no immediate release Oxycodone in that dosage, thus, the 15mg tablets that you've received are regular release tablets. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Many doctors do write them as being immediate release, because they are not time released like Oxycontin. Is there anything else I can help with?

Thank you! ## Sounds like you got the lovely A 215. A 30 mg little round blue pill. It's probably oxycodone. It isn't the wrong pill. Many pharmaceutical companies make these. The others would be the M box. This is a light blue with a cut that says 30 on the top with a M in a square on the back. I believe it is by Malinckrodt pharmaceutical. Usually Roxy 30 mg (M) are blue pills. But I just got a white one that is a little bit bigger than a normal blue roxy pill. Is this a 30mg roxy?? ## What are the markings on the tablet? This is what enables us to identify them, the colors actually don't mean anything, when it comes to generic medications. What does a roxy 10mg look like? ## @Cody, Based on my research, they don't make Roxicodone in 10mg form. It only appears to come in 5mg, 15mg, & 30mg tablets. If you're not worried about the brand and don't mind generic options, Oxycodone itself does come in 10mg form.
