I found a light blue oval pill with the number 220 on it. There is no body taking this medication at home. This pill does not have any other number, symbol o letter on it. ## I found the same thing, a blue round pill in my luggage when I got back from vacation. Only 220 is imprinted on it. What is a small round light blue pill with 220 imprinted on one side and blank on the other? I found it at home with children and just looking to see if I should worry? ## Hi Marbear, If the light blue pill your describing has a bit of an oval shape to it, then my findings point to Naproxen sodium 220mg; an over-the-counter NSAID used for inflammation, fever, minor aches and pains. Its sleeve. Generic, same thing. Its like a Tylenol or advil good for pain. My dad is also perscribed it for arthritis but a much higher dose. I bought a bottle of naproxen generic and the pills are different than the real naproxen that I was using. Could you help identify them?
