I got alprazolam from a friend, and I believe they aren't real. Most yellow 2mg alprazolam I have gotten in the past has had the imprint "R 039" and not "P 039" Does anyone know if these are fake? Because I do not feel anything when I take them, even if it is more than one. They also do not have the normal bitter taste that normal alprazolam has. ## Do you happen to know the country of origin? My pharmacy just switched to the Avkare brand of Norco 7.5. The imprint on it is IP 115. I feel like these do not work at all for me. Has anybody else been on diltiazem? I've been on it quite a while at various doses. Because I've had hypertension, it was also used to lower my rate from afib. Since then I've been having light-headedness, balance problems, nausea, stomach pain, and now constipation so bad that it has given me gastroparesis. My quality of life is very very low at this point. I also developed polyneuropathy of my lower legs which I'm not sure is from the diltiazem.

Walmart tells me every month they are out of stock on Adderall. ## Pharmacies are limited as to how much of each controlled substance they can order and have on hand each month. Once they run out, they cannot order more, until the next month. It's really just a matter of trying various pharmacies to see who may still have it in stock. It seems America has embraced change and now would be the time to bring up the injustices forced upon vulnerable sections of society, cancer ridden, disabled, congenital pain issues and every other legitimate American requiring temp or long term assistance to maintain a basic quality of life. The heart of this is not allowing manufactures to defraud the public by repealing this law and putting stringent quality control on narcotic manufactures. My 63y/o mother survived chemo and radiation for throat cancer but was unable to stop the morphine 15mg twice a day without horrible withdrawal symptoms. Her MD put her on Suboxone 8mg/2mg once a day in June. She even took half the strip on most days and the doctor was very pleased and anticipated that she would be able to stop altogether in November. She unfortunately had a stroke 14 days ago and has been in the hospital. The first 7 days she was confused from the stroke but now she is weak and forgetful but is no longer disoriented. Can this pill be cut in half in order to make it easier to swallow? ## That really depends on whether or not this pill is a solid tablet or a capsule filled with liquid or powder. Generally, you can't really cut a capsule in half; but rather empty its contents into a glass of water and down it quickly. I wouldn't attempt this however if your medication is an extended release formula; (but based on your description I don't think it is). As such, if it is a tablet, I would just recommend cutting it in half as you planned on doing and taking it that way, as long as you take the two halves one after the other. Is there anything I could take that would give me the energy and good feeling as oxycodone ## Yeah heroin, methadone, oxycontin or any other opiate will give you that great feeling and energy but be SUPER careful! Just by you saying you get "energy" from a pill that is a depressant and downer means your susceptible to opiates in general for addiction. I know I loved the feeling those pills gave me when I first started taking then but soon you will "need" those pills just to function and not to feel good. So if a medicine says Mylan on it, that simply means that they are the manufacturer, and it is not the name of the med. Usually it would say Mylan and then also have some numbers on it. I took 40 mg of norco 5 hours ago I'm not an everyday user so I don't go thru withdraw how long do I have to wait to take a suboxone ## Why would you take suboxone if you don,t have wds? 40mg of Norco is really not all that much. It,s on the high end of a Drs. prescribed dose.
