Appeal To White House To Repeal Hatch-waxman Act Of 1984

It seems America has embraced change and now would be the time to bring up the injustices forced upon vulnerable sections of society, cancer ridden, disabled, congenital pain issues and every other legitimate American requiring temp or long term assistance to maintain a basic quality of life. The heart of this is not allowing manufactures to defraud the public by repealing this law and putting stringent quality control on narcotic manufactures.

They should clearly state what specific amount of ingredients are broken down by milligrams, not percentages. As for appropriate so-called therapeutic window argument justifications, that should be determined by the patient and doctor. However, this is impossible to find as manufacturers mislead consumers by saying it's 10mg oxycodone when in fact it is not even close to that amount. Yet we are being charged for a fake mislabeled product. Pharmacies are in league for profit as they can get them cheap and in bulk. See Walmart carried brands or any other large chain store. I am hoping that making direct appeals to the White House news stations to gain traction in this climate will accomplish something that should be righted.

The blurring of law abiding Americans who have prescriptions, doctors, legitimate diagnosis with drug addicts who do not needs to stop as manufactures and the CDC rely on the misdirection to push self serving policies. We are ineffectively talking about it, but our side is not being represented where it counts and the issue affects all Americans at some point in their lives.

I have had pain issues since the 80s .... I would come home and lay on floor & put calves up on a kitchen chair to help with the issue ....
I just dealt with it .... It got so bad that in 90s I had to quit working construction & started driving our big truck .... Still in constant pain but mostly sitting so that helped but I gained like 30 pounds that was detrimental & increased pain ..... still just living with it ...... in 2000s I got hurt at work & had to go to hospital & get a joint repair when done with repairs they put me on opiods (lortabs) put wanted more images of skeletal area mostly back ..... still out of work .... in mid 2000s went to Nero surgeon.... he argued with me not believing I walked into office from parking lot (actually had to get up & walk around office to convince him) my doctor has me on 10/325 hydrocodone ...... late 2000s I was on 6 hydrocone a day & 75mcg fentanyl patch every 48 hours cause I'm so hot I absorbed them quicker than normal ...... moved to new area got a pain "mis"management dr and they took away patch & reduced hydrocodone to 5 10/325 a day due to government interference..... Then in early 2020s they changed (or deliberately set me up) drug testing company (cup for sample changed & print was bolder) [So did they change or use a cup designed to be positive]

Anyway I tested (falsely) for morphine (which they had given me a few months earlier & I said to them it does not help) but due to false positive they refused to provide further treatment..... now I am unable to walk w_o crutches & going to phyz thrpy 2 times a week ...... imo this is from reduced activity from lack of pain meds .....(been to several other pain places & none would do hydrocodone which is only med that helps. I don't know if I was black listed or government just being an even bigger A-H than b4 ..... typical government response attack the "law biding" to make it look like they are trying to attack the issue ...... there is no opioid crisis its a government ineptness crisis.

Stop chronic pain opiods but do nothing about smuggled opiods & push most chronic pain suffers to the black market (thus increasing OD rates & encroaching the opiod cartels) [is it the cia maybe after all they smuggled most of cocain in to usa in 80s ... North & Clinton flew plane loads of cocain into mensa Arkansas Airport while Nancy says just say no ronny's right hand cia agent north was delivering plane loads of it every week to Arkansas] .......
