Hi I am 30 yrs old and I am 64 kg. I have started using Zero fat A sachet after breakfast and tablet after dinner. Will this be effective to loose weight. How long it will take drop 10 kgs.Do this requite diet also.
Is any body here who can share his/ her experience.

I m just 30yrs n my weight now 113kg. My uncle says to consumed zero fat tablets. I am ready to to consumed. But is it really effective n reduce the fat.howlong I just consumed the tables? what would be the best way to consumed the tables so that the tablets will properly. At the time of medicine consumed what to eat, what not to eat, how much n how many times meals to eat.
