So just to confirm, this is not a painkiller / narcotic. The yellow pill with a V 2632 on it is Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride 10mg, which is a muscle relaxer.

Yes, that's right - one of the national drug codes which this is labeled under is 0603-3079. Below is a photo:

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
