Which one are you asking about?

Xanax, as listed by the FDA, is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

However, Flexeril is a muscle relaxant, that's used to treat the pain and spasms associated with injuries, strains and sprains. Typical side effects to it may include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

They are both very different and are available in quite a few different dosages, as well as generics that are manufactured by several different companies. Thus, I can't list a description of all of them for you.
