1 mg of xanax is enough to put a horse to sleep! I've been taking it on and off for years and I'm only taking .25 or .5 at the most. Talk to your doctor about that!

I've been looking for a safe legit, potent online pharmacy to buy the antianxiety meds from bc i dont think my doc prescribes me enough n i always run out. If someone could please help me with this problem I would appreciate it. I am an agoraphobic, have extreme panic attacks and am a horrible insomniac, even after taking several milligrams of xanax i sleep for about 2-3hrs. All this is from a car accident and a horrible year in my life (lost my baby, was homeless for 2 months, and it goes on and on). My world is literally falling apart. I go to a mental health place but it's a new place so they don't know me that well, which is why my prescription runs out all the time. So please help! We all know how hard it is to suffer these conditions. I'm desperate and legitimately ill so please only serious responses and if there are any narcs spying please leave this one alone. I wouldn't last 5 min in a jail cell. Please anyone, help me.

I'm sorry to hear of your situation, I have been their, locked myself in the house until I received meds, Xanax and Klonopin. Until I got a new doctor, mine had retired, and the replacement didn't believe in them. I had been taking benzo's for 35 years. I could hardly get to the Western Union, and then had to wait 3+ weeks, and reordered and stocked up,as soon as they came, but that was just to get me on my feet and get a new Doctor. I have always been originally prescribed the middle dose in my life, tid (3 x a Day), but on the second visit tell them I still have the same problems, helped a little, is there a stronger dose. Don't take more than prescribed because running out is worse than just taking too small a dose. You have to ask for a stronger dose, more than 3 x day isn't commend. 2 is most command, then 3. 4 a day is unusual. You have to get a larger dose, or new Doctor. You can't live on online benzo's, they are expensive, if you have to take them regularly unless you have the funds, which sounds not.
Now, your question, I'm not naming names but google Xanax, or alprazolam. Most come from India, Pakistan, or Europe and are legit. You might save by going with 2mg Klonopin (clonazepam), they have 3 to 4+ longer half life, and are usually a little cheaper. I use to take 3, 1mg Xanax, but changed to 2mg Klonopin because of they have less highs and lows because of their long half life. Buy the largest quantity and the largest dose. I am telling you from experience, get another appointment, call now or if you have one, tell them straight of the bat, it helps a little, but still having problems, etc. ect. ect. No help, don't put it off, get new Doctor. I can take large doses and not even feel it, when I take nothing is when I really feel it. Some can take the smallest dose and fall over asleep. It all depends on the person. Good luck, do it before you run out, the agoraphobia will stop you from accomplishing this and the anxiety.

.5 (1/2 mg) is too small get the 1mg or 2 mg Klonopin.

I have panic attacks and am schitzoaffective. I couldn't live without my Xanax. You do build up a tolerance though, I've gone from 2mg to 5mg a day but life is intolerable without them. I say thank God for them. Haven't tried them with grapefruit juice to bump up the effect but am certainly going to.

I have been reading this message board and starring in horror. First off, buying xanax from these online pharmacies is absolutely the worst thing someone can do. Most (as documented) contain haldol rather than xanax. Haldol is a major sedative and interacts with your body and other drugs completely different than xanax. Additionally, I noted that people spoke of the half life of both Klonopin and xanax - The effects of xanax are short lived (aprox 4 hours) while Klonopin lasts between 8 and 12 hours. Both pills are classified as benzodiazapams and attach via the GABA receptors in your nervous system - however the delivery to your body varies by each drug and therefore effects your body differently - Klonopin has a increased effect on muscle tissue while xanax does not.

I don't want to try to tell u that you're wrong, so please don't take what i say this way. Yes xanax makes you feel much more of a "high" than klonopin b ut they are definitely not prescribed for it! In fact most doctors would rather prescribe klonopin because they know it doesn't make u feel as good therefore theyu feel safer about giving you that - rather than giving you xanax which they know makes u feel better and can be sold easier than klonopin. Both are prescribed for anxiety and seizures, ect., but never would a doctor prescribe either for depression. However, most ppl who have anxiety suffer from bi[polar disorder (which i have) and I do get klonopin but if my doc knew Iused them recreationally she'd put a real quick stop to that lol.

The original bottle has a couple years on it. The pharmacy's just automatically put one year from the fill date.

im a nurse youre trippin, im looking at a rec published med book and xanax half life is 6 hours...common knowledge,, knlonopin is 18 same as valium, xanax is fast acting so is ativan , valium and klonis are long acting, you have to eat a couple grapefruits or drink100% gf juice but its a fool proof way to bump up the absorption of ANY benzo!

Pharmacokinetics: Diazepam is rapidly absorbed. Oral bioavailability is approximately 100%, and close to 99% is bound in plasma. The half-life of diazepam is 43±13 hours, but ranges from 40-100 hours if the contribution from active metabolites is included. Diazepam is metabolized to nordiazepam which is an active metabolite with a half-life of 40-99 hours. while the half-life of diazepam is 20-100 hours, and that of an active metabolite of diazepam (desmethyldiazepam) is 36-200 hours. This means that half the active products of diazepam are still in the bloodstream up to 200 hours after a single dose.

Studies have shown that Xanax (alprazolam) immediate release tablets show peak concentrations of the drug in blood plasma after about one to two hours. The average "half-life" of Xanax, which means the time it takes the blood to eliminate half of the drug is 11.2 hours (with a range of 6.3 to 26.9 hours).

I think a lot of u are confused. When they say half life it can mean how long half of the medicine is in your bloodstream and it can also mean how long the metabolites are still in your system. Metabolites are what doctoral look for in a drug screen. I know that's what Carl was getting at but, I just figured I'd simplify it for some people because it can sound complicated.

I too had ordered alprazolam online and my first order form India was legit. when I spoke to a sales rep, he thought i should be ordering from inside the states. Well need less to say, I agreed. 2 Mg bars were completely bogus !! So Im waiting for myrefund and new order back from India. Keep ya posted a be careful you never know who you can trust!!
