I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks!

It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint.
There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR.
Some of the most common side effects are: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache and dizziness.

Muscle relaxants are generally easily obtainable and commonly abused.
