The pill which you are describing is Clonazepam 1 mg, manufactured by PAR Pharmaceutical.

Their product sheet states "Clonazepam Orally Disintegrating Tablets, USP 1 mg are white, round, flat-faced, beveled edge tablets, debossed with 'K8' and is available in a blister package of 60 (6 tablets/blister card, 10 blister cards/carton), NDC 49884-309-02."

Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine derivative with highly potent anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and anxiolytic properties.
