White Pill With V 5880 Vs Mp 35 Pill

I am now taking this pill imprinted with 5880 V for helicobacter pylori. In the past I was taking the MP 35 pill. I was feeling better taking the latter. Is there a difference between the two?

Both of these tablets are listed as containing Spironolactone, which is a diuretic that is used to help remove excess fluid from the body, it is not used to treat H. Pylori. It is used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure, edema, and congestive heart failure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

I have a bottle of these to use, when needed, due to the fact that I had congestive heart failure almost 8 years ago.

Are you sure these are the correct medications?
