I'm not finding anything listed with those numbers on it. Can you please double check and post back?

There is one with the marking DAN 5658 that is small and white, which they list was containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
