Yes, this is an over the counter tablet, it contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it's a generic or store brand of Motrin or Advil, which is used to treat pain and fever.
There are actually several of these that have the same marking and they all contain 200mgs of Ibuprofen, there is one that meets this description, then one that is almost identical but which has an orange coating.
Then there are two round ones that follow the same pattern, one is plain white and one has an orange coating.

My mom has to pills we can't indentify.
One have 20 on one side and is white and oval.
One has LU on one side and P23 on the other.
Can you possibly indentify these?
