I think the marking you're looking at may actually be meant to be 6I (capital i) and the tablet contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
