What is this pill? White oblong with I 10 on one side and blank on the other. Need to know what this is.

This tablet is manufactured by Granules India and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
