The marking is actually 6I and this tablet contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen, the active ingredient in Motrin, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
