Hi brian,
Outside of the Health Sciences Institute webpage, there really isn't any valid/credible information about DBX-13 online. It appears to be a natural diabetes treatment and that's about all I can find on the subject.
I would like to note however, that there are a number of other ways to reverse & cure type 2 diabetes... namely through changing one's dietary and exercise habits.
The best part is, this doesn't involve the use of any kind of medicine or treatment; just applied knowledge of what works for your body and what doesn't.
If you're at all interested, I wouldn't mind compiling a list of diabetic friendly foods that can help heal her body instead of working against it.
