When Is K Binder Needed
UpdatedI have been prescribed 30 mg of K' binder every day for 3 days. I am diabetic and my creating level is 1.71,( while normal levels are3.5 to 5.5 mmol/L). and potassium serum is 6.1 .mmol/L. why is this drug required ? since deviation is very small, can I avoid this drug? what implications can I have. The higher level could also be due to ORS and extensive coconut watere that I was having.
