what are blue capsule with rr ph onthem I believe it's an antibiotic.

From what I can discover, this is actually a veterinary medication. The RR PH logo is used by Road Runner Pharmacy and they compound medications for use in animals. That said, there's no way to know what specifically this contains, since this logo is used on all of their capsules.
