What Is The Use Of Glycomet 500 And Gp2 And Before Or After

I am 62 been a diabetic for 7 years. Taking Gemer 1 before breakfast and glycomet 250 in the night after dinner. Now doctor has prescribed Glycomet GP2 morning and Glycomet 500 for night. The quarterly average sugar level was 7.75. 4 years ago and 7.45 2 years ago and it is 7.40 tested 2 weeks ago. If this is a good progress in reduced average why should i be prescribed a more powered medocone.
Also i missed info of i should take the two tablets before or after food.

Generally, unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you should take the medications just before a meal, that way they can start working by the time you are digesting your food and may experience the most blood sugar fluctuations.
