From India anything goes, it can have poison for all you know. The only prescription with Soma and a pain killer you will find from a legit source is Soma compound which has codeine in it

Tapentadol is an opioid medication used to treat moderate to severe pain. The extended-release form of this medicine (Nucynta ER) is for around-the-clock treatment of pain that is not controlled by other medicines. This form of tapentadol is not for use on an as-needed basis for pain.

The FDA lists it as containing Carisoprodol, which is a muscle relaxant. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
However, what Eddy said stands, there's no way to be sure what you've actually received.
