it got me high when i took it for anxiety, given to me by a doctor in mexico.

This is not a medication that would cause that type of side effect. Ketorolac is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling, so it won't even treat anxiety. Its normal side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach pain.
