i found a pill with z 3926 and 5 on the other is this valium?

This is a generic form of Valium, called diazepam. The pill you are referring to is 5mg. diazepam. It is a schedule IV medication which means it can be addictive. It is used for anxiety, muscle relaxant, seizures, tremors.

Pat, that is a 10mg Diazepam, generic for Valium.
