Use And Side Effects Of Ursocol 150

My doctor diagnosed me with fatty liver. Ursocol 150 has been prescribed along with Recool 40.

Since the last 2 to 3 yrs., after each meal I was feeling pain as well as something like a cyst on the right side of my abdomen. After an ultrasonography test, it was determined that due to a fatty liver this problem persisted.
Accordingly, my Dr. has prescribed Recool-40 before lunch and dinner, as well as Ursocol-150 after meals. Kindly let me know the side effects and use of both tablets. Please let me know whether Apple cider vinegar is also useful for these problems? I am also suffering from high b.p., diabetes and my weight is 101 kg.
