No, this medication will not help with gout.

Topzole contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, it is used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by your stomach to treat conditions such as heartburn, acid reflux and ulcers. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.
