UpdatedHi! I' am a diabetic person and have also high blood pressure at the same time. Can I take this B1, B6, and B12? because I am experiencing tiredness of my whole body, weak, no adequate sleep, poor eyesight, difficult breathing, and in a very low condition. I am already finished taking all my medications as instructed by my doctor and no maintenance at this time. Maybe I am lack of this vitamins. Can I?? thanks u.
