My wifes ft4 is 1.04 & tsh is 4.885 she is taking 100 mg thyronorm & from a few days she is facing breathing & chest pain prob pls suggests me what to do

I'm having Hypothyroid 3 yrs, i was taking 50mcg , and now doctor advised to take 100mcg,
