Tegetrol contains the active ingredient Carbamazapine, this is a mood stabilizer and anticonvulsant, these drugs have also been shown effective to help with certain types of nerve pain.

My 8 year old have had headach for a wihle, I took him to a doctor and he said that he has hyperventilation syndrom and precribe half a pill of tegretol 100?? is that right or should I take him to another doctor

I have question, my psychiatrist prescribed me 200 mg tegretol for bipolar and I have to take 200 mg in the morning and again at night. He also knows I take
Meth- amphetamines and Amphetamines here and there when I go away on holiday but told me specificallynot to inject while taking tegretol but never explained why. I have been trying to find out but seems as though either no one has tried it or isn't willing to talk about it. Could I possibly get an explanation as to why it is he had told me not to please?
