Symptoms Of Chf Congenetive Heart Failure?

My friend's feet and ankles have been swollen and redish purple for about 6 months now. He is winded all the time and [years ago] has been diagnosed with an enlarged heart. he is not diabetic [we check him regularly], but his heart rate is usually over 110.

Yes, those could be some symptoms of it, but they can also be symptoms of other conditions. He should consult his doctor to have the matter checked out.

How is his blood pressure? Has it been high recently?
