Stopping Nexito Plus 5mg

I am suffering from DCM, diabetes, thyroid. I am taking ivanode, cardivas 10mg, tozaar 50, for cardiac problems. For diabetes I am taking glynase and glycomet sr 500 mg twice and mebaspa since 5 months to control loose stools as side effect of metformin. Also Eltroxin 25mcg. My cardiologist has prescribed nexito plus 5mg though I have no depression. I feel extreme daytime sleepiness and sleep for at least a couple or more hours in the daytime. Also gaining weight. What possible reason could the doc have for prescribing nexito plus 5mg? Can I stop taking nexito plus 5mg?
