It could be a cinnamon Altoids Smalls. They're small, pink, and have a capital A on one side. Smell it, lick it. Drugs rarely taste good.

Hello,
The closest match I can find based on the description is Citalopram hydrobromide (20 mg). It is a pink capsule/oval shape pill with an A on one side and a score in between the numbers 0 6 on the other side.
Citalopram is an antidepressant drug used to treat major depression associated with mood disorders. It is also used on occasion in the treatment of body dysmorphic disorder and anxiety.
