Is the marking possible PMS 111? Can you please double check and post back?

If so, it is a 10mg PMS-Cyclobenzaprine tablet from Canada. It is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
