Skinny Toddler

My three year son has been diagnosed with bronchitis, my problem is that he is getting flu now and then.He sweat a lot and drink lot of water in the night.. Since January his weight does not go up and can rather go down from 15kg to 13kg .

You know, it almost sounds as if he might be diabetic and that will require proper medical treatment.
