I suffer from High BP and Prexum was prescribed. I also suffer from gout for which Prednisone and sometimes Diclofenac are prescribed. Are dangers of using all these simulteneously?

The possible interactions of using them together include:

Perindopril and Diclofenac could cause further drops in blood pressure, so you need to be monitored more closely.

Using the Prednisone with the Diclofenac could worsen the stomach irritation.

Using the Prednisone with the Perindopril could cause more fluid and salt retention in the body and you should be monitored for this, as well.

Is your doctor and pharmacist aware that you sometimes use all of these?
