Hi ..im 12 with 5'2 as my height..i started using it when i was 10 but i stopped because i really gained much weight ..and now im not contented with my height and i continue using cherifer pgm .But is it possible that cherifer pgm is the cause of gaining mcuh weight?

Guys If mag take kayo ng cherifer better to consult your doctor first, and if di nyo gusto and decide to take it with your own will just know the basics, pag nag take ng cherifer with iron wag kau mag take ng any calcium with it kc hindi aakma ung calcium with iron, example is not taking it with milk, juice + vit c pwede better kc mas ma utilize ung iron with vit c. and wag mag take ng vitamins after kumain ng fiber kc fiber coats your intestines and stomach kaya mas mahirap mag absorb ng nutrients, take it before fiber, best to take cherifer after meals. exercise more din kc kung di nyo gagawin yun mangyayari yang mga side effects nyo na cnasabi jan sa taas, imagine having a weapon that you dont know how to use or having a sledge hammer na di mo mabuhat. gnun un.. natural ang onting pain sa joints lalo na kung mabilis mxado growth mo, para maiwasan ang pains na gnyan dpat do exercises na mkakapag pa galaw ng mga joints mo yoga for example. im 24 yrs old and nag take din ako cherifer for 10 yrs + creatine and whey when i was 20, until now i take cherifer premium kc adult na ako. it helps.. athlete kc ako.

I'm Nicole. Napapansin ko po nong una kong inom nang cherifer sumakit yung bandang likod ko sa balikat, hindi ko muna pinagkabalahan dahil naisip ko wala lang to. Pero nong tuloy tuloy na akong nag tayake non same parin sa every take ko nang cherifer sumasakit ang likod ko banda sa balikat. Please sagutin nyo tanong ko kung normal pa po to?

kahit ilang beses pa kayo uminom ng cherifer kung unhealthy naman ang lifestyle niyo at ang diet niyo wag na kayong magtaka kung walang height increase kasi ang cherifer vitamins lang na naghehelp mag-activate ng mga growth hormones niyo kaya ang kailangan niyong gawin eat high protein foods ( 6 small meals per day konti konti lng) don't sleep with your stomach in full tank rest for 30 minutes because of digestion, Do Stretching exercises and good posture ( Youtube It), and Get At Least 8-10Hrs of sleep always and be active be always in a good mood :) and practice breathing exercises before sleeping and Drink lots of water at last PRAY na sana sipagin kayo na gawin lahat to :D Good luck!

Is there any bad effect when you take cherifer and milk together? I heard it's not good to take it together? I've been taking cherifer for about 3-4 months and I dont see any changes. I am also drinking milk 3 times a day. Should I decrease drinking milk and change it into 2 times daily or should I drink milk hours after taking cherifer pgm? And I also have a theory that masturbating can reduce testosterone levels. That's why my height is not growing anymore. What should I do to increase my testosterone level?

I have two girls (8,10) and a boy (6) that have been taking Cherifer for about 7 days now. We have a growth chart on our wall and marked them off at pre cherifer. After 7 days, my 10 yr old daughter gained .25 in, my 8 yr old daughter gained .50 in and my son gained .25 in. That's pretty good for only 7 days. I used a carpenters level to get their actual height mark. No BS here. Well actually I dont care what you think as long as it gives results for my family. nuff said!!!This supplement is the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pag iinom po kayu ng cherifer make sure na meron kaung proper diet and exercise im 15 years old when started drinking cherifer ang height ko nun ay 5'6 lng mga ilng buwan ang lumipas and height ko ngaun ay 5'8 na sinasasabayn ko kc ito ng basketball drinking milk before sleeping..
