Since 2 years ago, ginagamit ko ung cherifer bawat araw, tumatangkad naman ako kaso ung side effect is parang hindi ko makontrol ng maayos ung mahaba't malaking mga body parts ko. Parang madali ako madapa. Pangarap ko pa naman sumayaw T_T..

when i started taking cherifer pgm I experienced reflux (heartburn). I'm taking cherifer at night, before bed. Is my heartburn caused by the supplement or just me? And is it effective for me being 19 yrs of age now?

did you do some exercises? or have some diet? coz im taking cherifer for almost 2weeks now, but the result is still. I didnt even gain an inch. So, what did you do to achieve that?

Ako din po huhuhu parang nasusuka ako na ewan tas laging nag bburp nalang pero lasang lasa ko padin yung cherifer. Kala ko nga expired na kaso kakabili lanh nun.

Im 22 yrs.old,4'11 i'm taking cherifer too coz i want to grow taller ..
Everytime i take it, i dont know what happen to my stomach,i feel vomit,and sometimes i got heartburn .. Is that the side effect of cherifer.?

Hello! I'm 18 years old now and I started taking cherifer on Nov. 28th at napansin ko po nong uminom ako after 2-3 days yung dati kong weight na 42 naging 44 at yun po ay kinatutuwa ko ng husto. Kasi matagal ko nq tlagang tumaba?

Gaining weight and having acne is not a side effect but an effective result of taking Cherifer pgm 10-22. Weight that you gain is a result good appetite and using Cherifer means you are getting igh protein in CGF. Protein is a useful compound to gain muscles and not exercising can cause you to gain weight. But if you're exercising, you can gain weight because muscle is bigger than fat in mass. Nka depende tlga yan sa tao, then nka depende dn if you're a boy or a girl. Usually kc mga bbae bibilis tangkad nla pg grade 5 tas hihina na ung pg tangkad nla mga hs, mag stop ung growth nla pg 18 tas da boys nman bibilis tangkad nla mga highschool and mag sstop mga 21 sla. Pro nka depende pa rin. Depende sa life style mo. I'm 5'10 female pansin ko nag stop growth ko when I was 15..

18 yrs old ako nung hindi pa ako ng take ng cherifier 168 at pag take ko at pagkalipas ng isang at 2 weeks i gain 5cm or 2 inches. Now im 5'8.

Sobrang effective ng cherifer ginamit ko lng ito ng 11 days and i was 17 yrs old at 4'8 ang height ko pero ngaun 4'11 na 3 inches ang nadagdag at irerecommend ko din na matulog ng walang unan para yung backbone natin hnd mag curve dahil sa mataas na unan.

Ang alam ko po 18-22 po ang cherifer PGM, try mo po gloxi sabi nila effective daw po. Ang mahal kc kaya cherifer PGM muna ako, 19 yrs old po pala ako at lalaki. almost 2 yrs na po ako umiinom ng cherifer at 3 inches lang nadagdag sakin, dati 5'4 ako ngayun 5'6 na. I am still taking it pero di na ako masyado nageexpect for supplement at healthiness na lang purpose ko.

i'm 15years old .. nagchecherifer ako. mga 2months na pero wala paring nangyayari ..hindi gumana..,hindi ako tumangkad ,tumaba lang. tanong ko lng..pampataba ba ang cherifer o pampatangkad .. ? hmmm..

GUYS! IT WORKS! Tatay ko 5'6 then mommy ko 5' 16 ako noon 5'4 Umiinom na ako fresh milk non, hindi dahil gusto ko tumangkad masarap lang tlga. Hahaha, then nung nag ka gf ako. Ta's nag prom kami halos kasing tangkad ko lang siya nung nag heels siya! Then putek nag hanap ako ng paraan para tumangkad. Ta's payatot pa ako nun, so sinabay ko! Gym at cherifer. Sabi pa nga nila baka di ako lumaki sa pag gym ko. Pero hindi! 6'5 na ako ngayon! Hahaha. This is my trick:

Morning - 3 banana, 1 glass milk. enervon. Then GYM
Afternoon - 3 eggs (Boiled) 2 bananas Then fish fillet with rice, then 1 egg again. (before school)
Night - 2 eggs (Cherifer) Then milk.

I sleep 12 hours no computer! Hindi na ako nag aadik! Sa school ako nag kaka problema sa pagkain, kasi mga baboy tinda depota. So nag babaon ako Breast part then thigh <3. Mabilis metabolism ko kaya hindi ako tumataba pero maganda katawan ko mabigat pa. 65kilos ako ngayon. Guys tandaan nyo! Sa pag kain pa din kayo tatangkad so make sure eat banana!
Hahaha. Goodluck sa inyo guys. Wala din akong napapansin na side effects, wala akong tigyawat malinis mukha ko at kahit sa likod. Tulog ng sobra kain ng tama, at pag bubuhat naging solution ko. Kahit pandak tlga kami. Kahit mga lolo't lola ko pandak eh.

Ive been taking cherifer for about 2 weeks already and ive also missed some days but that was like 3 days only and i noticed im getting taller than my mom but im not yet sure if i really am because my height is pretty confusing at day and night and i wasnt sure if i measured it correctly. As i drink cherifer, i also take exercises every afternoon then i missed some days without an exercise yet drinking the cherifer and noticed that my weight is gaining. I dont know the side effects but when i started drinking cherifer, pimples are starting to grow in my forehead and i was getting an oily face. To avoid that; better wash off your face every morning and the afternoon and it is also very important to have an exercises everyday bcus without it the cherifer wont work. Also stay away from the junk foods for about 1 month (as my opinion) you can gain only 1 INCH for a month. So have a proper diet for your own good.
