Nag take ung anak ko ng cherifer when she was 9 months until now that she is 16 months. I notice that she always no appetite but very energetic. My concern is sometimes she didn't eat anything at all even though I tried giving her foods and trying to feed her she won't eat it.. Please Help

You can but it takes time, you will not gain 4 inches in just months. It takes years and you need healthy lifestyle too. I am 19 yrs old too and I gained before i was 5'4 now I am 5'6. Still taking it. Consistency and faith.

hi im 23 now..a call center agent , i admit lagi ako puyat ung kasi ung enviroment started 3 years ago, well i wanted to get increased in terms of heights.."5'3' lang height ko..i tried many options...pero d ako tumangkad..i tried cherifer before maybe a month lang ksi medjo mahal sxa when i was in college... halos everyday nlang ako nsa diff site searching how to increase ung height im thingking to start again since my trabaho na ako,,it took 3 years lang bgo ko napansin d na tlga ako lumaki.. sobra focus sa trabaho now maitutuloy ko na sxa.. but im also wondering kung my effect pa ba.. i willing to try ,, wla naman mawawalaat least positive ka.. at since wla naman ako bisyo ska nalipat na ako pang morning shift..due to nalaipat na ako ng ibang department ..hope its works..

Try Pediasure 240cal or Peptamen Junior. My son was born prematurely. When he turned one he was only 17lbs 2oz and 27.5in height. My baby is picky. We started giving pediasure after his 1st bday. After a month, his pedia check his height and weight to my surprise he is 20.3lbs and 29in. My son drinks about 3-5 bottles 8oz each, vanilla flavor. It's pricey but worth. Cherifer is worthless. It's not a FDA approve.

Hi, im already 21 years old at gusto ko mag gain pa ng height.im not expecting to be too tall,i just want to gain height atleast23" to 4" kc 5" lng aq. Nagtetake aq now kaso napapancn ko once na uminom nko my pagsakit ng sikmura ko. Can i still continue taking it or not?advance thank u for d response

Hello po. I am 14 years old, and I'm 5'3 in height.. 2 weeks po ako na nag Cherifer PGM for teens.. 5'5 na po ako ngayon. Dinamihan ko lang po ng kain, tsaka tulog, at basketball po.

Pinainom ko rin ng cherifer un baby ko since 1 month old. Shes tall and has strong bones. She just turned 4y/o last month pero muka na syang 6. I guess u have to check with ur pedia baka kulang sya sa calcium or any other vitamins or minerals.

Keep taking Cherifer! Cherifer has nothing to do with your pimples. You are 16 years old and it is normal for your age to have an acne/pimple breakout. It's a hormonal change that's why you get pimples. It will stop once the hormonal change gets settled.

Some people do get pimples with vitamin supplements. Reaction to the B-Complex. The reason behind it? Don't know. I wonder why.
