as anyone doctor says your nararamdaman or side effects may not be true..vitamins are just a help to avoid sickness but it has no approved therapeautic claims..it can help but it cant cure..and any side effects is associated with the food you eat..wala pong nakakapagpataba na vitamins..and kung ngiinsist kau na nagugutom kayo its the effectivity of vitamins pero kung tama ang diet esp.fruits and veggies hindi din kau tataba..and anything ngkapimples it is associated with hygene din exercise or the foods you eat and how much time you take your sleep or stress..

Im a 19 years old girl and umiinom po ako cheriffer pero tinigil ko po kasi nahihilo ako at nasusuka kapag umiinom ako..anu po ba gagawin ko? natural lang po ba to?

hi.. i am 20yrs of age and i've been taking cherifer since last year... pro prang wla prin nman pagbbago ang height ko eh...anu ba ang dpat e partner ko sa cherifer? svi kc nila pagsamahin q daw ung vit c tska cherifer pra may effect cya...ttoo po ba ito?

i have a 2yrs old son , simula nung pinainom ko sya ng cherifer hindi na sya maganang kumain . is it ok na ipagpatuloy ko pa din ang pagpapainom sakanya ng cherifer ?

i guess it's not cherifer but the food you have been eating. more carbs, oil and sugar causes such. :)

I been taking cherifer capsule.. My first was in my high school days okay lang siya peru when i take again it in my colleges time i feel parang ang bigat ng dibdib ku so i try to stop but take it sometimes... Pwede ku pa bang ipagpatuloy to??or should i stop taking it..hindi ku alam kung tataas aku kasi i feel na mayroong side effect cya... Im only 4'11 kahit colleges nah aku.. :( can give us an advise???

My brother was really skinny and thin growing up. He only chose what he would eat depending on what he liked, and my parents hated that. He was 10 when my parents gave him cherifer as vitamins... he stopped a year later for we noticed nothing has changed. The effect came after he quit. His appetite changed... he gained weight and grew taller. My family's average male height is 5'6... my brother, now at 17, is 5'11 tall and is still growing. About his weight, it was remedied by exercise and his diligent attendance to our local gym.

safe po ba i take ang cherifer with other multivitamins? Umiinom po kase ko ngayon ng Propan with Iron ones every 2days. balak ko is alternate ko silang iinumin. Thanks.

You better get your facts straight. Kung di maganda sa bata ang Cherifer, my baby should've been put to risk. Her pediatrician (a doctor from St. Luke's Hosp) RX is Cherifer. You're still a student. You need to have more researching to do. There are other aspects to consider for a child's health.

my child (8 months old) mistakenly intake cherifer for toddlers for at least 4 months. is there any side effects to the baby with regards to this matter?
