If you're using a supplement that says you can gain height but a side effects you noticed that you also gain weight make sure that you also do exercise everyday and healthy diet for you're health 'cause some supplement cannot effect properly without healthy diet and exercise

Mag excersise ka Yong anak ko tumangkad nka 10 tablet lang ng cherifer gumana agad sobrang bansot nun, Hindi nga sya dti nkikipag laro sa mga kababata nya kc ang bansot nya after school natutulog sya. ngaun ko lang na sa budget kaya natigil, pero bibili ulit ako pag may budget.

Hello! I'm happy for you, effective sayo ang cherifer. Nakita ko post po as I was browsing kasi ko malaman Kung Ano magiging effect nito sa anak ko. And according to you you'll take it along with fresh milk but based from what I've read on their website, it shouldn't be taken with milk or any calcium content supplement kasi nag interfere sya sa absorption ng iron. I just want to share this with you, I hope di mo masamain.. God bless!

hi jhel maglangit here 5'2 height ko nag take ako ng cherifer pgm unang naramdaman ko eh yung pangangalay ng binti ko tsaka ng braso dun mo malalaman kung nag effect talaga ung cherifer sayo diba ?? hehe

Ask ko lang po, kasi may ulcer ako. At nagti take ako ng cherifer pgm after kumain, minsan morning or gabi. everytime po na umiinom ako mejo humihilab yung tiyan ko pero 2-3 mins lang naman. Nkksma ba ang cherifer sa ulcer?

I'm 14 yrs younger, last summer po nag take ako ng cherifer pero 1 month lang then tinigil ko na, then chineck ko height ko kung tumangkad ba ako, and yes I gained 2 inches.. Kasi noon 145cm lang ako pero ngayon 147cm na. Ang liit no pero ngayon nag take ulit ako it's been a week nung nag take ako, and hoping na sana hindi ako tataba kundi tatangkad. Kasi based on what I have read mostly eh tumataba sila hindi tumatangkad.

1 month umepekto ung sakin nadagdagan LNG ng 1 inch. From5'5 to5'6 pero pwede na rin inumin mo pag gabi at mag calisnethics ka rin para mas umeffect.

Since baby i gave my son cherifer now he is 19 y/o his height is 5"11. Im his father is only 5"3 and his mother is 5"4. Now that he is 19 y/o i give him again cherifer pgm. I will post here if he will gain heights after 1 month. Ok

Do you intake 2 or more capsule per day? And that could also be the reason of exercise or other activities that center your chest area.... Headache can also be the reason of other things that isn't associated with Cherifer

One day when i used cherifer after like 2 minutes i wanted to burp but instead my throat was very itchy and kinda hot and my eyes were sorrta red and wet because when i tried to burp i couldn't get it out and instead kind of went to my nose and eyes.
