hi, im 20 yrs old. 10 days na po ako nainom ng cherifer at napapansin ko na parang nakilo ang tuhod ko. isa po ba ito sa mga side effect ng cherifer?

Cherifer is a supplement that is needed to our body. Hindi dapat kayo mabahala. Kung nagtetake kayo ng cherifer dapat suportahin niyo po ito ng tama na pagtutulog 8-10 hours at proper diet ito talaga ang pinaka epektibo upang tumangkad ang tao. There's many ways to have grow chance.

Yes, it will help , the sooner you take cherifer the better. Just dont expect great results withing months, for it takes years for you are already 20. I am taking cherifer for almost 2 years now and I gained 2-3 inches from 5'4 to 5'6 and I am seeing the results now. I am happy I didnt stop taking cherifer . . .

Hello sa inyo. I'm 13 years old when i tried using cherifer at ngayon 15 na ako last july of this year, napansin ko na from 5'7 naging 6'2-6'3 ang height ko at masaya ako sa effect nya dahil for 2 years ko syang ginagamit nakatulong sya sa pangangatawan ko kse dati stickman ako eh ngayon masasabe kong maganda di na ako payat pero hindi din mataba :) just want to share lang na think positive always dahil may tinatawag na placebo effect atsaka kaen ng healthy foods na may height building nutrients dahil di naman tayo tatanggap ng cherifer lang kelangan ng kaen dahil food supplement lang ito at always sleep 8-9, and go to gym.

kung gusto niyo talaga malaman about that Cherifer PGM, dapat magbasa basa din pag may time, tulad ko. I'm 16y/o, girl, 5' ..hoping to increase more height by taking c.pgm with zinc, drinking milk and stretching.. Don't lose hope, Tiwala lang .

ah, opo hahaha desidido kac haha and to motivate others also. I am taking it every night before i sleep. kac po pag umaga inaantok ako lagi kaya sa klc nakakatulog ako. haha So i decided sa gabi na lang at may nabasa din ako na isang user na dad nya daw doctor at sabi gabi daw sya pinapainom bago matulog. kaya ganun ako din haha

My daughter started cherifer since she was 6month old. Now shes 10. Pero hindi continous un. Example last 2011 nagtake sya the whole year then 2012 stop sya the whole year then 2013 again And her height is much matangkad compare to other 10 year old kids. Kc everytime we go out may mga naeencounter akong mga mommy na may 10 yr.old or 11 or 12 yr old kid. And shes much more mtangkad than them. Akala nga ng iba shes already 15 or 16 yrs old na. Her dad is only 5'6 and im 5'2
