before going to sleep i recommend 2 hours before your sleeping time and it must be always... example you sleep at 9pm [recommended sleeping time to have maximum height enhancement ] at 7-8Pm you should haved drinked cherifer.

13 ako at 5"8 and a half ako. Lagi ako pinapagkamalihang college na hahaha. My dad is siguro 5"8 or 5"7 1/2 tapos mom ko almost 5"4 or 5"3. Lolo ko at tito mga near 6 feet at lola ko 5"6 inches. Gusto ko maging basketball player eh, onga nanonotice na lumalapad nga ako hahaha pero gumagana yata siya eh. Im 18 and Im using PGM for a month. Im 5'8 1/2 before using the drug. I never measured again my height till now but I think im gaining weight and height somehow. But when I tried to have a BP test I got a 143/93 BP, is it because of the drug. I am a blood donator before and I am healthy as of now even I have a high BP.

I really hope this vitamin supplement is safe to give for my children as they have been on it for a year now. Kids seem fine, but one of my kids weight is ballooning up. Is this for height or weight?

I've been taking cherifer since i was a kid around 7, at first it was syrup now im taking tablets. I'm 12, 5'6 135lbs with a 5'9 wingspan. I am full blooded filipino. My parents are both short (dad is 5'7, mom is 5'0). My opinion cherifer works, you just need to talk it very efficiently and start early.

Ako po, 16 y/o 5" lang po height ko. Then nag try po ko mag cherifer, mag 3mos. na po nagtrake nun pero, Hindi pa rin po ko bag ggain ng height, pero weight po, opo :(. Sabi dw po sa drugstore na pinag bilhan namen, di dw nmn tlga agad eeffect ung cherifer mga half a year pa daw mkkita ung result. So ayun po, nagttake parin po ko.

nabasa q lahat ng message at lahat ng uminom my side effect, i m so sorry for that nagkataon lang cguro na ganun ang effect ng body nio. ung baby q kasi nung pinainom q sya sobrang laki nia agad, after a week lang nung bigla syang nakita nung kapitbahay namin nagulat kc ang laki daw gad,even my sister in law na kasama q sa bahay nagugulat dahil week lang nia hindi na notice malaki agad, kahit saan q dalin nagugulat sila ang laki daw nung baby, and im proud of dat. wala xang side effect aun matakaw padin and healthy. ubos na nga ngaun wala pa qng pang bili haha.

i was also 5'4and i started taking it but almost a year with few month i just gain 1.5 inch but still im taking it and remain hopeful:)

hi. i just started taking cherifer, i think 2 weeks. haha. don't see any effect or side effect yet just like what i expected. i'm planning to take this for 6 months. would it still work for me? i'm now 22.

@ Jay, what is the Cherifer dosage for your kids, because I have an 8 and 11 yr old boys, but I purchased the Cherifer for teenager and thinking when to start giving it to them.
