Tuwing nag te-take ako ng Cherifer PGM sumasakit sikmura ko and ulo. Kaya ayaw kona syang pagpatuloy.

Last year month ng sept. I take Cherifer pgm for 1month and I stop it because I don't have a budget but I gained 1 1\2 inch btw I was 4'11 tall that time and now 5'1/2 inch and I was 14 that time. But wala namng side effects di nman ako pinimples kc Im using Eskinol at night then d namng ko nag gained ng weight PS: tinitake ko siya before I sleep at night, then yesterday I take Cherifer again with matching freashmilk para tangkad sagad and Sama Mo Na exercise hope Na tumangkad all height goals ko kasi is 5'5- 5'6. My mom is 4'10 1/2 and my dad was 5'4.

Hi po, pwide pa ba mag take ng cherifer ana ko na 13 years old? At ang anak ko na Kakà 4 years old lang subrang tangkad sa idad niya sabi ng doctor matangkad at mabigat pero di sya mataba magana lang kumain, ipagpatuloy ko ba ang cherifer niya? Salamat.

I'm a teenage girl and i've been taking cherifer for about 8 days now, and i've grown an inch taller! From 5'7 to 5'8. On a side note, i am also taking vitamin b complex. As for my weight, it's still the same as before i've started taking cherifer.

Hello. I also experience chest pain and palpitations after I take my tablet. But I think it has something to do more about your diet and lifestyle and not the cherifer itself. For me kasi, back when I didn't take my health seriously and took cherifer lagi ako nagkaka palpitations so I stopped kasi we thought may allergic reaction ako dito (which may be a possibility btw) however nung nag 19 ako my college course required a specific height. Sabi nung pharmacist, its either talaga for me ung cherifer or it must've had something to do with my diet raw bef kaya ganun. And she was right. Recently kasi I work out or do basic exercises every 5 days and regularly do stretches mismo paggising ko (or simpleng jumping jacks). And unlike before, regularly na rin akong nag sun bathe between 5 to 7am kahit mga 30mins lang sa ilalim ng araw. I'm not saying you should follow my schedule kasi we have different physiques however my best advice would be: 1.) do regular exercise. Kahit ung mga basic or kahit simpleng stretches lng. OK lng if thrice a day mo lng gawin as long as you have the time to move your body and be productive. 2.) Once it takes effect. And I mean yung tinatamaan ka na ng antok, do NOT be stubborn. You HAVE to sleep because denying its sleeping effectiveness will just give you headaches. 3.) Have a proper sleeping schedule. At least kahit complete 6-7 hours of sleep after and before you take the tablet. Do not try drinking the tablet if ever you're sleep deprived or experiencing more fatigue kasi that may also be one of the reasons that causes you to feel more palpitations. 4.) AND most importantly! Refrain from drinking coffee or anything that has caffeine in it. I mean, you can still drink it naman especially if you're an adult on a nightshift or with a busy schedule however at least minimize the frequency ng paginom ng kape. And do NOT by all means, ESPECIALLY drink coffee before taking your cherifer tablet. Trust me, from my experience - I accidentally took my tablet immediately after my coffee and I almost had an asthma attack right then and there mismo. 4.) If ever you're experiencing palpitations, I suggest you do breathing exercises and relax until your breathing normalizes. Do NOT panic because that'll just make it worse. 5.) Lastly, take precautions. If you've already had severe palpitations and chest pains every single time after taking it despite your healthy or normal lifestyle, you should stop muna. Then go to a professional and check if you have an allergic reaction sa tablet or something.

Reminder though, I am not a medical professional so I still advise you to ask your doctor muna if advisable yung vitamins sayo. Because as far as I know, any medication has may have diverse effect on each different individual. But I still hope my advice at least helped kahit konti lang.

Does she have a proper diet and sleeping habit? I'm not a professional however my best advice would be: 1st.) At least make her do regular exercise kahit ung mga pinaka basic or kahit stretches lang. OK lng rin if thrice a week as long as she regularly moves her body. 2nd.) At least make her spend a few 20mins under the sun. Best time would be between 6-10 in the morning. Sunshine is the best vitamin rin. 3rd.) Give her proper diet. And refrain from drinking too much coffee and caffeine. And do NOT, by any means let her drink coffee before she takes her tablet kasi mas lalala lang palpitations nyan. 4th.) If antok strikes, do not let her be stubborn. Sleep agad. Because it will cause more headache if you deny the effect. 5th.) Refrain from taking the tablet or cherifer if ever she's sleep deprived or fatigued. Based on my experience, she has to mention at least a complete of 7-8 hours straight of sleep if ever she's taking this medication. Isa rin kasi yan sa causes why I felt uncomfortable physically when I took cherifer dati. 6th.) If ever she's feeling palpitations, make her do the breathing exercise and relax. Do not make her panic or feel anxious kasi parang asthma lng yan, if you panic more it will make it worse. 7th and lastly, if continuous pa rin ung nausea, diarrhea and chest pain it's better to stop muna sa cherifer and seek professional advice from her doctor in case she has an allergic reaction sa cherifer. I hope this helped kahit konti lang =)

hi nag isip ako mag change ng vitamin para anak she's 13 years old right now so nag decide ako na bka must try tlaga yung cherifer 10-22 pgm with zinc 1st day na uminom sya galing school ngreklamo sya na masakit tyan at dib dib nya hirap sya huminga di nman ako nag worry pero 2nd day after nmin kumain ng lunch pina take ko ulit sya ng cherifer then after 15 mins umiiyak na sya sabi kumakalabog na nman daw puso nya so natakot ako never nman sya ngkaganun b4 ...pinainom ko sya marmi water kala ko ma eemergency na hangng after 15 mins kumalma na sya kaya inistop kona pag painom sya knya panget yun effect saknya bka di para sa lahat yung vitamin na ito yun lng masasabi ko natakot tlaga ako sobra kaba may iba ba nkaranas ng ganito??????????

effective ba ang cherifer kasi gusto kong magtake sana... hindi ako contented sa height q. 5'6'' lng kasi ang height q. im only 17 incoming 18 yrs old.

as you would know or not, your long bones is done is term of growing in length this ends by 18 for women and 21 for men, so obviously when you're 26 you wouldn't increase in size but in mass, so in that note you would be bigger, or bigged bone...

DAMN! IM 13 YRS. OLD, GIRL I DID GAIN 2 INCH IN 1 MONTH YES 1 MONTH! before taking a capsule po kumain po muna... at tiyaka po yung pag shrink po hindi po talaga kayo nag shishrink kasi po kapag natutulog po kayo at nakahiga yung spine niyo po ay nag dedecompress kaya po kapag nag measure po kayo pag kagising ng umaga mas matangkad kayo, kaya po dapat measure your height before sleeping at night.

Morning or night???
When you measure your heights remember to always do it at the same time every day. Did you know you are taller in the morning, and shorter in the night... Just try it, when you wake up in the morning measure your height, then b4 going to bed, measure again.
You will see you are much taller in the morning.
Be careful because you might think Cherifers have the desired effect when they actually do not.
Specially here in the Philippines where drugs are not tested properly, they most likely have a bad effect on your body.

When your bottle has "No Approved Therapeutic Claims" It has not been tested and can have very bad side effects. So be careful, specifically when you give Cherifers to you children, they may have an abnormal growth cycle and start growing too early. Like having Early Puberty, weight gain, and hyper activity.
Just be careful, and do your research on the ingredients before you give medicines/Vitamins to your kids.
