Hmm. Best advice, exercise regularly or do simple stretches after waking up, sun bathe at least 10-20min under the sun. Best time would between 5-10am. Have a complete 7-8 hours straight of sleep and do not be sleep deprived. Denying its sleeping effects would lead you nowhere. As for the milk, I don't think it causes any harm nmn. It actually boosts the effects. However when you say 3x a day, I think it might be a bit too much. At least siguro 2 times lang and just a glass each. During breakfast and before sleep. Better if warm milk, not cold or hot. Personally, I think it's best to refrain from drinking coffee and caffeine or at least lessen the frequency of drinking coffee. Anyway, nmn agad ung effect. Depende takaga ung sa physique ng tao if mabilis umepekto or not so do not fret. Also... in regards to masturbating...Hmm. I don't know sa lalaki pero. I also don't think doing too much masturbation would lead to an increase your height. Nasa tatlo lng kasi yan kung bat umiipekto ung any height increasing medication. It's either you're not doing enough proper diet and exercise (meaning a healthy lifestyle) along with it. Or maybe lng para sayo yung certain medication. However it can also be because of genetics. At some point, kahit matangkad ung both mother and father ng bata; there is a history or ibang blood related relative ng matatangkad sa bloodline nila hence the possibility na mas matangkad ung anak sa parents nya. However if nasa lahi na talaga na mej limited yung height, ganun na talaga. But I don't by any means intend to break your hopes up ha. I'm just saying the facts. But please do not let your height be the cause of your insecurities. Height should not define anyone.

Same with my son po. He's 14 years old abd he's been taking Cherifer PGM for 2 years. Nung 1st time niyang uminom ng Cherifer PGM sumasakit sikmura niya and then mas lumalala nakakaramdam na siya ng chest pain. Then mga after a month nawala na yung mga pananakit na nararamdaman niya then ngayon lang ulit after 2 years bumalik na naman nakakaramdam na naman siya ng chest pain as in masakit daw talaga. Btw, yung anak ko po ay active, everyday po siya nag exercise kasi po nag tataekwondo po siya.

19 years old po ako. Gusto ko po ung sinabi mo kasi gusto kong tumaba. Kaso nga lang yung cherifer na nabili ay pang 12years old below. Ok lang ba kung i.take ko yun?

Im 19 years old po, im taking for almost 2 years na ata and naggain na din ako ng 3 inches. Im taking cherifer pgm .

tanga, sana kinuha m rin ung transition ng growth ng mga kids mo, natural mabilis ang growth ng mga kids from 5y/o to 12 depende sa food that they take.. yung sayo malamang psychological yan..

Cherifer with zinc po ang mas maganda base on my experience though natigil ako ngayun kc I have to prioritize other stuff since wala man akong stable income para pambili ng supplement.

hi ..im 16 years old i started taking cherifer Pgm with zinc,when i was 15 yrs old, eat balanced diet and exercise regularly in just two months i gained 1inch ..i also noticed that i gained weight maybe because cherifer is a food supplement ..i dont know if all of it is because of cherifer maybe stretching and exercise really contributes on gaining my height ..

i think the those side effect you are talking about (gaining weight, being hungry all the time, visible pimples etc.) are just part of adolescence period...

im not a doctor, a pro-Cherifer or something but i think that is mainly the reason

hi........if your still 18 now you still have chance to grow but only little that's what i know when we have a lesson but i guess only a small chance but dont lost hope (if you want to look tall reduce weight and wear dress example long saya (sorry im not fluent in english) fit or not fit,i dont know how to describe it (because im not fashionista) below your breast to your knee or feet (the saya) it's hard to imagine.make sure you put belt and tie your hair-or even wear airings.sorry i dont know if your girl
